When medically appropriate, prescription therapy may serve as one component of a comprehensive wellness approach.
Our role is to help guide you through that process. We begin by understanding your goals and previous experience before connecting you with an independent licensed medical provider for a medical evaluation.

2 | Receive Your Personalized Peptide Protocol
After reviewing your Pre-Intake Form, our team will email you a recommended Personalized Peptide Protocol™ based on your goals and the information you've provided.
Your recommendation will include:

A secure payment link to enroll
General best practice recommendations to help support your treatment, including:

3 | Enroll & Complete Your Medical Intake
Once your program payment has been received, you'll receive a secure medical intake form from our independent licensed medical provider.
At the time you submit your medical intake, you'll be asked to pay a separate $25 medical evaluation fee directly to the provider. This fee is collected by the provider and is not included in your Science Lab Hawaii program.
4 | Medical Review
The licensed medical provider will review your medical history and determine whether prescription therapy is medically appropriate.
Approval is based solely on the provider's independent medical judgment.
5 | Prescription Fulfillment & Delivery
Upon approval, your prescription will be processed through our licensed pharmacy partner and shipped directly to your home in temperature-controlled packaging.
Your Care Kit from the pharmacy includes:
Temperature-controlled shipping
Injection supplies (as appropriate for your prescribed therapy)
Alcohol prep pads
Syringes
A quick-start injection guide
Injection site reference
Educational resources to support your treatment with full access to communicate with medical team.

Your program doesn't end when your medication arrives.
Throughout your treatment, we'll continue to provide education, general guidance, and support to help you better understand your protocol and establish healthy habits that complement your treatment.
